(Don’t worry. Life is still on fire.)
It’s been a minute since I last wrote — not because I ran out of things to say, but because life has been… a lot.
The few posts I have managed to put out have done exactly what the name promised: given me some much-needed cathartic release. These were thoughts I’d been hoarding in my head for far too long, and once I finally spilled them into the ether, I felt lighter. Not fixed. Just… relieved.
That doesn’t mean I’m done needing the catharsis— far from it. But it did give me the breathing room to feel, process, and reflect again without immediately word-vomiting my every thought onto the internet.

In the meantime, life has been its usual chaotic dumpster fire.
- Family schedule packed to the brim.
- D starting a new medical treatment we’ve been stressing over.
- My full-time job is doing its best to slowly drown me one email at a time.
- And yes, the occasional ugly cry into my pillow… you know, for emotional maintenance.
And yet, even in the middle of all that, I wanted to pause and say thank you.
Thank you for reading, for letting me be seen, and for reminding me that my messy mix of sarcasm, exhaustion, and sincerity has a place here.
